We're now gearing up for the next phase: more hospitals will adopt contactless, continuous and proactive patient monitoring as the new standard - for safer patient pathways, earlier notification and better resource utilisation.
In the role of Commercial lead you will be our spearhead towards the specialist health service and have the main responsibility for identifying and developing commercial opportunities. You will work with sales and long-term follow-up of health trusts, build strong relationships across clinical, administrative and technological environments, and ensure good anchoring of the solutions. The role is initially focussed on the Norwegian market, with potential for expanded responsibility internationally.

Who are you - and what is your mission?
You are an experienced commercial leader or senior account manager with a solid understanding of specialist healthcare and complex sales processes. You are confident in engaging with decision makers across clinical, technology, administration and management and have the ability to drive deals that create long-term value for both parties.
Your mission is to develop Vitalthings' position in Norwegian healthcare organisations through strategic sales work, clear ownership of customers and targeted further development of partnerships linked to our solutions.
You'll take a leading role in identifying new opportunities, ensuring buy-in at the right level and helping our solutions to scale and deliver measurable benefits - both commercially and clinically.
Your main tasks:
- Overall commercial responsibility for Vitalthings' collaboration with Norwegian healthcare organisations
- Identify, qualify and develop new commercial opportunities in the specialist health service
- Lead sales processes involving clinical, administrative and technological environments
- Ensure anchoring at the decision-making level, and contribute to the basis for good implementation
- Ensure commercial value, benefit realisation and scaling with existing customers
- Translate clinical needs and customer insights from customers and innovation partners into further product and commercial development
