Support Specialist – Partner and Customer Support
Commercial Lead - open position in Vitalthings

Would you like to work at the intersection of technology and people?

Position: Support Specialist – Partner and Customer Support

Location: Trondheim, Norway

Application deadline: 30 September 2026

Vitalthings develops technology that improves lives. With medically approved sensors, digital services and a growing AI platform, we make it possible to monitor patients contactlessly. We provide healthcare professionals with insights they would otherwise not have access to. Our solutions are used by care homes, hospitals and world-class research institutions.

We are currently looking for a support specialist who enjoy helping people, understand technology and are good at solving problems. You’ll play a key role in making it easy for customers and partners to succeed with our solutions

This is what you’ll be working on:

  • support for partners and direct customers via email and telephone
  • technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • monitoring of customer experience and service levels
  • training customers and partners in our solutions
  • handling of RMAs as required
  • installations and customer visits, either on your own or with partners
  • collaboration with other departments, such as development and customer success

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience in customer service or another customer-facing role
  • has experience of using AI tools and sees opportunities to use AI to work smarter and more efficiently
  • enjoys working with customers, partners and colleagues
  • has a practical understanding of technology and enjoys troubleshooting
  • communicates well in Norwegian and English
  • works in a structured manner and takes responsibility for seeing matters through to a resolution
  • learns new systems and products quickly

Experience with CRM/ERP systems, healthcare technology, international clients or multiple languages is an advantage, but not a requirement.

With us, you get:

  • the flexibility to work from home when necessary
  • modern office space at Teknostallen in Trondheim
  • excellent opportunities for personal and professional development
  • a role with extensive contact with others and the opportunity to make a difference

Does this sound like you?

You don’t need to tick all the boxes. The most important thing is that you are curious, keen to learn and motivated by solving problems, taking the initiative and creating great customer experiences.

Please send your CV and a short cover letter to recruitment@vitalthings.com. Please include “support specialist” in the subject line of your email.
