As our first Customer Success Clinical colleague in Germany, you will initially support large university hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia with additional customer sites as our activities expand.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Your focus will be practical implementation, user training, ongoing application support and sustained adoption. You will need credibility with both frontline nursing staff and hospital and department leadership, grounded in first-hand experience of ward work and an understanding of the realities of clinical practice.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This is a hands-on specialist position without people-management, recruitment or organisational-development responsibilities.
